Decades of real-world condensate management experience — and we're happy to share it.
Who We Are
STELSEP is the specialist manufacturer of uncomplicated & reliable oil/water separators and aftermarket service kits. We represent the home of condensate management.
As a privately owned business, our team possesses decades' worth of real-world knowledge and extensive experience in the industry — experience we willingly share with our partners.
We're proud of our quality, service, support, stock availability and cost-effectiveness. Same-day shipping from stock on most items.
A single 25 hp compressor running 8,000+ hours per year generates approximately 265 gallons of condensate — containing over 2.5 gallons of oil.
That quantity of oil is sufficient to impact 20–25 acres of surface water. Discharging condensate to a storm drain, stream or groundwater is NOT permitted.
Our Expertise
Our oil/water separators are designed entirely in-house, with no gravity pre-separation stage and no separate oil container to empty. The result is a simpler, more reliable product.
Our separators feature a simple, cost-effective, leak-free design with no moving parts or adjustments. Special filter media handles the separation reliably, every time.
Our polypropylene wool/shred filter media outlasts activated carbon alternatives, is lighter to handle, drains faster, and produces superior outlet quality with a lower blockage risk.
